The Company was launched in early 2004, as an integrated sales and marketing agency serving primarily large Consumer Electronics manufacturers under the “Integrity Marketing” brand.
The “Integrity Media” brand was introduced a year later. The main focus of this brand was to develop and market the latest mobile platform enabling real-time communications with consumers through text messaging and the mobile web.
In mid-2007, Integrity Ventures, Inc. combined all of its brands and changed its corporate name to mVentix, Inc.
